Quality Control Process

Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

All raw materials are inspected upon arrival. We verify mill test reports, check dimensions, and test chemical properties before release to production.

First Article Inspection (FAI)

The first part produced from any setup is 100% inspected. This ensures machine calibration and tooling accuracy before mass production starts.

In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

Continuous monitoring during production using Statistical Process Control (SPC) to catch deviations and maintain manufacturing stability.

Final Quality Inspection (FQC)

Comprehensive inspection of finished products. Includes dimensional verification, visual aesthetics, and functional assembly testing.

Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)

Pre-shipment audit focusing on packaging integrity, quantities, and all required quality documentation for global transit.
