We accept the following file formats:

• 3D Files: STEP (.stp, .step), IGES (.igs), Solidworks (.sldprt), Parasolid (.x_t)
• 2D Drawings: DWG, DXF, PDF
• Images: JPG, PNG (for reference only)

If you don’t have CAD files, we can work from sketches, samples, or even photos to create a solution for you.

Absolutely! We highly recommend prototype production before mass production. Sample costs are typically credited back on mass production orders of 100+ pieces.

Engineering changes are possible but should be avoided once production begins. Minor changes may be accommodated with minimal delay, but major changes may require restarting production.

With every order, we provide: Dimensional Inspection Reports, Material Certificates (Mill Test Reports), Surface Treatment Test Reports, and Photographic Documentation.
