At Xuan Rong Sheet Metal Co., Ltd., we strive to provide the highest quality custom fabrication services. Because our products are custom-made to your specific technical drawings and requirements, please review our return policy below.
1. Custom Orders (Non-Returnable)
Since every part is manufactured to individual customer specifications, custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced. We cannot accept returns based on customer design errors or changes in project requirements after the order is finalized.
2. Defective or Non-Conforming Items
If the finished product does not meet the agreed-upon technical drawings, tolerances, or quality standards (e.g., material errors, incorrect dimensions), please notify us within 7 business days of receiving your shipment.
- Please provide photos or inspection reports showing the discrepancy.
- We will review the claim and, if verified, we will offer a free reproduction or a partial/full refund depending on the situation.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before raw material procurement or production begins. Once materials are purchased or the laser cutting process starts, the customer is liable for the full cost of the order.
4. Shipping Damage
Please inspect all packages upon arrival. If the product is damaged during transit, please document the damage with photos and contact our team immediately so we can assist with a claim or replacement.
